This is our 4th boat, but this is our first yacht and our first purchase from Crate's in Orillia. We were a bit nervous moving into such a big boat, but Brian Brinks spent a LOT of time with us going through the unfamiliar systems on the boat followed by (much needed) docking and handling lessons. Regal (boat manufacturer) products appear to be well built, well appointed, higher end pieces, and the prices reflect that. Chris even steered us away from a boat he knew "could be problematic". Came away with a new 2022 Regal LS2, thanks to Chris, our salesperson for helping make a great deal for us, and Meaghan in the business office for her work as well.
