Service provided by Mark and the service team has been excellent. Had my boat in several times over the past few years for service and maintenance work. Work is always completed to satisfaction, boat returned clean, invoices are detailed and complete. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

We purchased a new Regal from Crates this past summer. We ordered the boat through Jason and we could not have been happier with the whole experience. I'm writing to update our original review and it is nothing but 5 stars for Crates Lake Country Boats!! We now have the full 2025 boating season behind us and can attest that the whole team at Crates is top notch. Our boat was stored for winter 2024/25 and getting it out of their storage was seamless in the Spring. They took care of us right away with a couple of maintenance issues and the boat ran perfectly all summer. Turning it back in to be winterized and stored was again incredibly easy and they worked with us on a convenient date. Brian Brinks (BEST sales and support ever!) is always so welcoming and friendly when we pop in too! Thank you to Brian, Mark, Brad and the entire staff at Crates. You take the stress out of boating!

He spent over an hour going over different models of boats with us with no guarantee at that time...of us making a purchase. Regal (boat manufacturer) products appear to be well built, well appointed, higher end pieces, and the prices reflect that. Chris even steered us away from a boat he knew "could be problematic". Came away with a new 2022 Regal LS2, thanks to Chris, our salesperson for helping make a great deal for us, and Meaghan in the business office for her work as well.
