He spent over an hour going over different models of boats with us with no guarantee at that time...of us making a purchase. Regal (boat manufacturer) products appear to be well built, well appointed, higher end pieces, and the prices reflect that. Chris even steered us away from a boat he knew "could be problematic". Came away with a new 2022 Regal LS2, thanks to Chris, our salesperson for helping make a great deal for us, and Meaghan in the business office for her work as well. We really appreciate the excellent help and broad knowledge, and patience of their staff. ***I would HIGHLY recommend Crate’s (Family) Lake Country Boats for all your boating needs.*** These guys are FANTASTIC to work with.

Incredible service from everyone...especially Peter our broker. We've been in the boat buying game for many years and he now tops the list by far. Class act all the way.

It’s always been a pleasure dealing with Crates. Honest sales people and they work hard to take care of you for service after as well.

I've been in to Crate's Orillia a couple times to get parts. Andrew is very helpful and can get parts delivered for pick up really quickly. I highly recommend them.

We've been working with Crates for years, from our first boat to our current one, and they've been a pleasure to deal with. Al has transported our boats between Oakville and Muskoka for years, and it's always great seeing him. He works with our boat like it's his own. Also big thank you to Brad, Mark, Kevin, and the rest of the team for your work. Most recently, Mark helped arrange a last-minute service call just before the long weekend when we had some mechanical issues in Muskoka, and it was a huge help. Thank you, Al and Jeff, for your fast work! They've definitely helped make boat ownership easier, handling our maintenance and winterizing so we can spend more time on the water. We couldn't recommend them more.

Thanks Brad, for the amazing service and professionalism!

This is our 4th boat, but this is our first yacht and our first purchase from Crate's in Orillia. We were a bit nervous moving into such a big boat, but Brian Brinks spent a LOT of time with us going through the unfamiliar systems on the boat followed by (much needed) docking and handling lessons. He was always available to answer our questions. We have been LOVING our new Cruisers Yacht!

We just purchased a boat from Crate's and we could not be happier with the service we received. Brian, our salesman, explained the process and kept us informed throughout. The service team was very informative and knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend this team to anyone in the market.

Best service and staff on Simcoe ! I have purchased three new boats from them. Would not deal anywhere else.

Coming all the way from Quebec City and the service was worth the run! The best team ever.

Awesome customer service! Vast selection and extremely informative sales-staff for my potential marine purchase. I had the pleasure of speaking with Bill who was patient and explained to me the in's and out's of logistics for the class of boats I was inquiring about. I will definitely be doing business with Bill at Crates and would absolutely refer any of my friends and family as well.

Kept me afloat with boat wisdom.

The entire team at Crates Country Boats excells at service. From the owners to the sales, service, tech crews. When you want to have a genuine great customer experience they rank #1. They make you feel like a part of their family, no matter what size boat you buy. We bought our boat over 9 years ago and the service and attention has not diminished. Having dealt with many sales people in my lifetime they should be teaching sales and service to other businesses. We still love our boat! Thanks Crates Orillia, you all are the Best!

Brad is the man to take care of you. Andrew is the specialist. The whole team is remarkable. The timeframe to do the engine rebuild is acceptable.

Crate's Lake Country Boats came highly recommended to us by our clients, and we could not be more pleased and impressed with their boats and more importantly, their customer service. We have been clients of Dan Crate and team for over a decade now and are currently enjoying our 3rd boat from this incredible dealer. They know how to treat their clients with the utmost care. Our loyalty runs deep and we won't recommend anyone else!
