We just purchased a boat from Crate's and we could not be happier with the service we received. Brian, our salesman, explained the process and kept us informed throughout. The service team was very informative and knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend this team to anyone in the market.

We purchased a new Regal from Crates this past summer. We ordered the boat through Jason and we could not have been happier with the whole experience. Nothing was missed and we got exactly what we wanted and ordered. Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the different models and features available. Everyone we dealt with along the way was knowledgeable and friendly. We have since been back for service and the service team is also fantastic. They really go above and beyond here. We absolutely love our boat and would recommend Crates to anyone considering buying a boat. Thank you to the whole team at Crates!

Was a first time boat owner and was fortunate to have Crate's recommended to me. Well known industry leader in boats; absolutely ACE in customer service, reliability, products, expertise. Even though I was intimidated by the lack of knowledge I had, Peter Wilson's expertise, patience and genuine concern in answering and providing important facts made me feel more than confident with my first boat. Was a privilege to deal with the owner of Crate's, Peter, Brad in service. The entire team made this purchase free of worries. Thank you for making this a great purchase for my family!!

We could not be happier with our new boat! The team at Crate's went above and beyond, not just while we were buying the boat but through the entire summer!
Thanks again!

We've been working with Crates for years, from our first boat to our current one, and they've been a pleasure to deal with. Al has transported our boats between Oakville and Muskoka for years, and it's always great seeing him. He works with our boat like it's his own. Also big thank you to Brad, Mark, Kevin, and the rest of the team for your work. Most recently, Mark helped arrange a last-minute service call just before the long weekend when we had some mechanical issues in Muskoka, and it was a huge help. Thank you, Al and Jeff, for your fast work! They've definitely helped make boat ownership easier, handling our maintenance and winterizing so we can spend more time on the water. We couldn't recommend them more.

I'm writing to update our original review and it is nothing but 5 stars for Crates Lake Country Boats!! We now have the full 2025 boating season behind us and can attest that the whole team at Crates is top notch. Our boat was stored for winter 2024/25 and getting it out of their storage was seamless in the Spring. They took care of us right away with a couple of maintenance issues and the boat ran perfectly all summer. Turning it back in to be winterized and stored was again incredibly easy and they worked with us on a convenient date. Brian Brinks (BEST sales and support ever!) is always so welcoming and friendly when we pop in too! Thank you to Brian, Mark, Brad and the entire staff at Crates. You take the stress out of boating!

I've been in to Crate's Orillia a couple times to get parts. Andrew is very helpful and can get parts delivered for pick up really quickly. I highly recommend them.

Had an excellent experience with Rich Grooms buying a new boat. He went above and beyond and still to this day is there to help if you need anything. Mark and Brad lead a great service team and can't say enough great things about this amazing family run business.

I cannot express how pleased we are with the service at Crates. Their attention to detail, accountability for their work and up front honest feedback is so appreciated and why we drive over an hour to bring it here.

Kim G.

Awesome staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. They have been servicing our boat for over ten years.

He spent over an hour going over different models of boats with us with no guarantee at that time...of us making a purchase. Regal (boat manufacturer) products appear to be well built, well appointed, higher end pieces, and the prices reflect that. Chris even steered us away from a boat he knew "could be problematic". Came away with a new 2022 Regal LS2, thanks to Chris, our salesperson for helping make a great deal for us, and Meaghan in the business office for her work as well. We really appreciate the excellent help and broad knowledge, and patience of their staff. ***I would HIGHLY recommend Crate’s (Family) Lake Country Boats for all your boating needs.*** These guys are FANTASTIC to work with.
