Rather than ignoring the situation or making excuses, the team at Crate's listened, took my concerns seriously, communicated openly throughout the process, and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. They went above and beyond to ensure the repairs were completed properly and kept me informed every step of the way. It's easy to judge a business when everything goes smoothly, but a company's true character is shown by how they respond when things don't go as planned. In my experience, Crate's went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied and confident in both my purchase and the service they provide.
