This is our 4th boat, but this is our first yacht and our first purchase from Crate's in Orillia. We were a bit nervous moving into such a big boat, but Brian Brinks spent a LOT of time with us going through the unfamiliar systems on the boat followed by (much needed) docking and handling lessons. He was always available to answer our questions. We have been LOVING our new Cruisers Yacht!

Regal (boat manufacturer) products appear to be well built, well appointed, higher end pieces, and the prices reflect that. Chris even steered us away from a boat he knew "could be problematic".
