This is our 4th boat, but this is our first yacht and our first purchase from Crate's in Orillia. We were a bit nervous moving into such a big boat, but Brian Brinks spent a LOT of time with us going through the unfamiliar systems on the boat followed by (much needed) docking and handling lessons.
