Excellent service! Very experienced and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain everything I needed to know. Highly recommended. Wouldn't buy a boat anywhere else.

The entire team at Crates Country Boats excells at service. From the owners to the sales, service, tech crews. When you want to have a genuine great customer experience they rank #1. They make you feel like a part of their family, no matter what size boat you buy. We bought our boat over 9 years ago and the service and attention has not diminished. Having dealt with many sales people in my lifetime they should be teaching sales and service to other businesses. We still love our boat! Thanks Crates Orillia, you all are the Best!

I've been in to Crate's Orillia a couple times to get parts. Andrew is very helpful and can get parts delivered for pick up really quickly. I highly recommend them.

I have purchased a boat 5 years ago from Crate's so I have met Brian. He is an amazing guy! Very friendly, co-operative and very well experienced. Last week, I sold my boat but absolutely I will keep our friendship with Brian. If you buy a boat from Crate's you would have good friends, there. This is their philosophy. They always do their best to make the customers happy. Thanks to all.

We could not be happier with our new boat! The team at Crate's went above and beyond, not just while we were buying the boat but through the entire summer!
Thanks again!

They go out of their way to get what you need, especially boat parts for my yacht.

Awesome customer service! Vast selection and extremely informative sales-staff for my potential marine purchase. I had the pleasure of speaking with Bill who was patient and explained to me the in's and out's of logistics for the class of boats I was inquiring about. I will definitely be doing business with Bill at Crates and would absolutely refer any of my friends and family as well.

We just traded our boat in and bought a beautiful Regal. Our sales person Chris Meyer -- if you ever go to look at boats at Crates make sure you ask to speak with Chris, he was absolutely amazing. This is our 6th boat from different Marinas but we have never had the service from anybody like we received from Chris. Helpful, caring and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks so much Crates but especially Chris. You made our experience amazing. Will definitely be sending our boat friends to see him. Cindy & Mike

We purchased a new Regal from Crates this past summer. We ordered the boat through Jason and we could not have been happier with the whole experience. Nothing was missed and we got exactly what we wanted and ordered. Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the different models and features available. Everyone we dealt with along the way was knowledgeable and friendly. We have since been back for service and the service team is also fantastic. They really go above and beyond here. We absolutely love our boat and would recommend Crates to anyone considering buying a boat. Thank you to the whole team at Crates!

Incredible service from everyone...especially Peter our broker. We've been in the boat buying game for many years and he now tops the list by far. Class act all the way.

I'm writing to update our original review and it is nothing but 5 stars for Crates Lake Country Boats!! We now have the full 2025 boating season behind us and can attest that the whole team at Crates is top notch. Our boat was stored for winter 2024/25 and getting it out of their storage was seamless in the Spring. They took care of us right away with a couple of maintenance issues and the boat ran perfectly all summer. Turning it back in to be winterized and stored was again incredibly easy and they worked with us on a convenient date. Brian Brinks (BEST sales and support ever!) is always so welcoming and friendly when we pop in too! Thank you to Brian, Mark, Brad and the entire staff at Crates. You take the stress out of boating!

He spent over an hour going over different models of boats with us with no guarantee at that time...of us making a purchase. Regal (boat manufacturer) products appear to be well built, well appointed, higher end pieces, and the prices reflect that. Chris even steered us away from a boat he knew "could be problematic". Came away with a new 2022 Regal LS2, thanks to Chris, our salesperson for helping make a great deal for us, and Meaghan in the business office for her work as well. We really appreciate the excellent help and broad knowledge, and patience of their staff. ***I would HIGHLY recommend Crate’s (Family) Lake Country Boats for all your boating needs.*** These guys are FANTASTIC to work with.

I cannot express how pleased we are with the service at Crates. Their attention to detail, accountability for their work and up front honest feedback is so appreciated and why we drive over an hour to bring it here.
