I don't often write reviews, but in this case I think it's well deserved. After purchasing my boat, I discovered an issue that raised some concerns. Rather than ignoring the situation or making excuses, the team at Crate's listened, took my concerns seriously, communicated openly throughout the process, and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. They went above and beyond to ensure the repairs were completed properly and kept me informed every step of the way. It's easy to judge a business when everything goes smoothly, but a company's true character is shown by how they respond when things don't go as planned. I'm writing to update our original review and it is nothing but 5 stars for Crates Lake Country Boats!! We now have the full 2025 boating season behind us and can attest that the whole team at Crates is top notch. Our boat was stored for winter 2024/25 and getting it out of their storage was seamless in the Spring. They took care of us right away with a couple of maintenance issues and the boat ran perfectly all summer. Turning it back in to be winterized and stored was again incredibly easy and they worked with us on a convenient date. Brian Brinks (BEST sales and support ever!) is always so welcoming and friendly when we pop in too! Thank you to Brian, Mark, Brad and the entire staff at Crates. You take the stress out of boating!

We've been working with Crates for years, from our first boat to our current one, and they've been a pleasure to deal with. Al has transported our boats between Oakville and Muskoka for years, and it's always great seeing him. He works with our boat like it's his own.
